Looking for information on a 1914 Victor carbide generator

Post by Craig E. Luton » Wed Mar 06, 2024 10:00 pm

You guys were great on giving me the information I needed on a Corcoran carbide generator for my 1914 Ford. Now I am asking about a Victor generator for a 1913/14 Ford. How do I tell if it is indeed a Victor or not? And what are the differences? Thank you. Craig

They are unique compared to the Brown & Corcoran. Attached you will find 4 pictures Brown, E&J, Corcoran & Victor. There are 4 variations of the Victor black & Brass, the one pictured here is the second variation.

Victor generator with the embossed water tank.
The "hook" water control and side clamp style sets them
apart from the others.
