1920 Ford dealership building and garage for sale

Post by Been Here Before » Tue Mar 12, 2024 12:07 am

This is not mine and I have no interest but....

Commanding, one of a kind, stone building located at the busiest corner in the Bedford Borough. Originally built as a Ford Dealership in the early 1920's, this property presents endless possibilities and opportunities. Light manufacturing, warehousing, retail, office space, housing, parking garage, mixed use, etc. Building contains approximately 34,500 square feet, is all masonry and steel construction and free span on the main level. Lot size is .41 acre with city water, sewer and natural gas. Situated in the heart of storied downtown Bedford, next to the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art, the original Fort Bedford and just steps to the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River. This is a rare opportunity to own one of Bedford's most prominent buildings!!!

Been on the market for 985 days? A bit run down, but looks like it has good bones.

Wow, I wish I could buy an old building in my neighborhood to store all my junk in for $10.00 a square foot. Everything around here is $300 to $400 a square foot.

Looks like most buildings around it are also surviving the times, a rare sight, nice !

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

"A must visit & off the Lincoln Highway"

Actually Pitt Street is the original Lincoln Highway.
