Hayes wheel condition

I'm guessing these should not be used? There are two different wheels here.

I would look for better wheels. Not only are they rough which could damage the tire but also weak and could break.

The rusty one is toast. The black one is not Hayes.

There are a lot better rims out there. I can't see any circumstances where I would use those.
