The Facebook page had this posted as a 1927 traffic jam but not sure sexactly.
Expanding the page I can see what looks like a 25 or later T coupe halfway down on the right next to the curb. The T’s if there are very many must have gotten hot if that was a summer photo! It looks like it was a big mess toward the top of the jamb as a few cars were trying to turn around but couldn’t get out and then the mess just bigger!

Looks like the busses have there own HOV lane.
