*NEW* Wide-Track Axle Shafts. Any Interest??

Post by Stephen1915 » Sat Mar 23, 2024 8:42 pm

••• WIDE TRACK MODEL T OWNERS! •••

•I am in need of having Wide-Track Axle shafts made. More than likely by the manufacturer that makes them for Lang’s.
Spoke with Don Lang and he said he would ASK his current manufacturer if he could do such a thing. So please, if you know of an outfit that could make them out of the proper material, suggestions would be welcome.

•Also spoke with the very knowledgeable Mr.Dan Hatch, and he suggested it would be a good idea to let other Wide-Ford folks know about this endeavor. If you are in need, or have an interest in buying NEW Southern Wide-Track axle shafts. Please comment below, or CALL me at 314-287-1901.

•A list of potential buyers for such a run would be great.

•P.S. I am looking for a nice Wide Track Front axle for my car! Please contact me if you have one you would sell!

•Happy Motoring!

Well, Stephen,
I’d be interested in a pair as spares for the good of the hobby if a reasonable price for a quantity buy can be achieved.

I’m expecting long life from the little used early’14 SWT Runabout I picked up from Dan, but it never hurts to have available spares, particularly for an item that’s fairly rare.

Regards,
Ron in HSV

Ron, thanks for your feedback! I’ll write your name down. Once I learn more information I will post it here in this thread.

Assuming a lot of 12 could be achieved, any ballpark idea of what a pair of axle shafts would run a guy ? -Dusty
