Giant Head arrived!
Arrived in the mail today. I'm as happy as a clam and can't wait to put it on the car.

You will like it.
A noticeable and very useful improvement at low and mid revs, but not too much.
Some sources say 30% extra power - 6HP!
Any idea what colour they were originally?
I painted mine black with silver letters - it's worth having just for these!

Re: Giant Head arrived!
I measured and calculated a CR of either 5.3:1 or 5.6:1 - I can't recall exactly.

Be sure to paint it red before putting it on your engine.

Re: Giant Head arrived!
I put one on my car about a year ago. I noticed a difference, but not much! Be sure to get it magnefluxed before using it.

Re: Giant Head arrived!
Chris, was that cr for a giant or giant super? I believe the giant super was a little higher in cr. It has a minor crack in the water outlet jacket area. A good media blast, pin and stitch the jacket crack, and it should be good to go.
I'm not sure on the color, in m trying to decide myself.
Spark plugs threaded in fine too.
