Just for interest, the very early ones had forged, circular ends on them and flat headed clevis pins and split pins rather than the rivets and bent bit of wire used subsequently.

It's for a TT if the longer one also has a longer/taller clutch cam. (Assuming the cross shaft is still there.)

The handbrake quadrant is riveted to the frame of a TT at the same height above the top of the rail as the T. Therefore any difference must be in the length of the lever below the pawl to get to the bottom of the deeper frame rail.The pawl to lever top should be the same, unless for some reason the TT lever has been made longer above the rail.

The clutch cam on the handbrake on a TT is four inches tall.
