What Do I Have Here ?
….Can’t call them a “set” because Jno Brown 110 on left has a Steel chimney top. Right lamp is brass chimney top. I’d buy a mate for the steel top lamp. Wonder why Brown offered the steel top ? 1914 TT ?

Re: What Do I Have Here ?
I will take aWAG at it.
Probably a late late 14 lamp or a later teen replacement lamp.
Removed brass for what was happening in Europe after 1914.

Re: What Do I Have Here ?
Yes. That makes sense Dan. Thanks for the reply. But has any other collectors acquired a 1914 style Jno Brown 110 with steel chimney tops ?

Re: What Do I Have Here ?
Howdy Darel,… And thank you for your suggestion. This Jno Brown Model 110 appears to be the right side. It’s original, complete and in excellent condition. Would you or someone else have a comparable left side mate to it for sale ? I’ve never seen steel tops 1914 T cowl lamps on tours….Thank you , gh

Re: What Do I Have Here ?
I will ch eck and see if I have an extra left side. It will be a few days before I can check them all./ I have aboiut 20 or more mixed ones. I do know I have at least one set of steel top ones, but have to check to see if there is an extra \left.
