Scat Crankshafts
I guess I was pretty clueless on the availability of new stock replacement Scat T crankshafts. How long have you guys waited when buying one recently?

Re: Scat Crankshafts
Since they have a CHINA connection, you may be waiting a while, not to mention a price increase due to tariff change. A Californian who posts on the Parts For Sale Forum has announced that he is making a counterbalanced T crankshaft. Check that forum for his latest post. I don't know if he has them ready to market.

Re: Scat Crankshafts
We recently received our backorder from SCAT. No price increase. All sold. We do also stock the Bruto Counter balanced crank and have a few remaining on the shelf.

Re: Scat Crankshafts
From what I understand, Scat normally produces T cranks in batches a few times per year. For the most part, each batch goes to filling the vendor back orders leaving just a few for stock inventory throughout the year.

Re: Scat Crankshafts
Thanks for the replies. I hope the new cranks being produced work out great. I'm just not cut out to be an early adopter, so I would like to see more of them on the road.
Thanks to the MTFCA forum I found someone that has a new Scat crank & am going to pick it up this week. I'm happy to find one as I was becoming concerned as to whether or not the car would be back on the road this summer.

Re: Scat Crankshafts
I checked the Scat website last weekend and they show T stroker cranks in stock.
I ordered one on 5/12 and it's arriving tomorrow. I'll probably regret not buying two but they are not cheap.
