Valve Stem Number

Post by Original Smith » Mon Jun 23, 2025 3:44 pm

I'm trying to find out what valve stem was used on a 1915 Jeffery. I know this isn't T related, but maybe someone can help me help my friend. This is for an inner tube. A Schrader number would be helpful. I don't know the tire size.

The valve stem size is more related to the tire and tube size than mfg. of the auto.

Period adv. of the 1915 Jeffery list tire as 34 x 4.

Here is a period chart showing the valve stem size recommended for tire larger than 3". The 725 size would be correct.
