It's Old Car Festival at Greenfield Village in Dearborn, MI.

It's a one-of-a-kind car event, (not just a car show, with parked cars), that usually draws 850, 1932 and older cars. Do a YouTube search for dozens of videos that will give some idea. It's been going on for 50+ years.
