The plug parts are Myles Standish and the boxes read  "Not made by the Champion Spark Plug Co. Nor  supplied as Ford factory equipment."
There were several packages of points in the box and  several plug rebuild kits. 
I got them about 20 years ago when I bought out a gentleman's  T parts in Oregon and they got stored away and forgotten about.  I am trying to go thru some boxes and organize  and l am finding lots of goodies that were packed away years ago.[image][/image]Hopefully the pictures show up.
