The Maxwell is a Model 25. The bumper is an addition. This video shows what a 1918 Maxwell was capable of.

The Buick looks like a Model D45. These cars had a 115-inch wheelbase and were powered by a six-cylinder engine that displaced 225 cubic-inches and produced 45 horsepower.
