Information on D C Harrington brass carburetor

I just picked this D C Harrington D & B Brass carburetor
patents 3-9-15
11-20-15 Chicago
looks to be built for a Model T Ford but that's all I know about it
any information appreciated, Bob

It is missing some parts. There should be a shaft that goes in the hole in the side that connects to a piece with a hole in it that acts as a variable venturi as it turns. The twisted flat piece goes from the throttle arem to the arm on that shaft that makes it all work.

Not a bad little carb if they are all together and working.
