FS Touring Top Sockets 1918-22

Post by got10carz » Mon Nov 20, 2023 12:25 pm

For Sale, what I think are top sockets for touring. The exposed metal looks good. Thin spots where the wood sat against them. Not 1 man top. $150 Steve 701 212 5009

How can you tell for sure? Does the tab in the middle for folding identify it? So, it's correct for 18-22?

I have a 23 touring. I just know.
The main difference is the front bow folds in half. There are some bars that lock them in the down position.
There is NO bow bracket needed on the front seat.

They're not 1 man top sockets. Yes, I believe they are 2-man top sockets for a pre-23 Touring. (Prior to '23 I'm not sure when they stopped using oval sockets.)

Stopped oval sockets mid 18. They are two man touring 18-22. Exactly like the ones on my 18.
