Re: Side drive magneto adapter
Kevin Pharis has contacted me and advised me that the hard to find 12/to early 13 front timing gear cover that I removed should be included in this sale. This makes a complete package to install a side drive mag. Thanks Kevin for the guidance. Pete

Peter, thank you for acknowledging help given. Not every seller sees value in others helping to identify/date/advise on items posted. It is as though the classifieds are sacrosanct, and it should be left to the buyer to make a blunder and wear the consequences.

Yes, but Kevin went about it the proper and courteous way, BY CONTACTING THE PERSON WHO POSTED THE AD DIRECTLY. Not by posting his “two cents worth” to someone else’s classified. This is the classified area, not a discussion forum.

Re: Side drive magneto adapter
He certainly is.
FYI to whoever buys this: I’ve re-machined several of that style front cover over the years for a modern cam seal and it works well. There is no need to stick with that odd captured felt seal. Contact me if interested in having it done.
