Folks call the different parts different names. By irons do you mean the forged parts that mount to the body that the top sockets pivot on? Here is a pair that is currently on Ebay, I have no connection to the listing or the seller.

If you mean the sockets and bows, these are not cheap, but available. I have no connection to the listing or the seller.

If you need prop nuts, top saddles/pads, or the rods that the saddles slide onto, Lang's website shows them all, I don't know if they are in stock or not, you'd have to call and ask them.

If you need the brackets that fit inside the rear corners of the body that the saddle rods screw into, there is a pair on Ebay:

Those appear to be for '26 - '27 - they have a slight curve where they bolt to the body - earlier irons (the correct ones) are straight there.

Even the ones in the link to eBay are not right. The pivot socket & middle socket are correct but the sockets that connect to the windshield are incorrect. No curve where they attach to the pivot socket.

I wondered about that, looking at my 1924 sockets revealed them to be straight, as you mentioned. I should have looked at the pictures more closely instead of taking the sellers' descriptions at face value.
