With that firewall mounting plate, I think it may be for a '12.

Offset hole definitely a 12 feature, has square holes instead of round and the flattened control rods which were 13 features. Would be interesting to see the control rods if they have the checkered pattern. I’m guessing late 12 early 13.

'13 also had the offset bolt hole. Sadly, and probly no one will ever know exactly when, the change was made from not only the hard rubber ends of the handles to the flattened style, as well as switching from the cast flange to pressed steel. My April 22 '13 has the steel flange FWIW.
