I'm pretty sure I have some "modern seal" small metal caps - I'll be back.

If you don’t want Steve’s, I may still have some NOS ones. Let me know and I will look. Thanks, Dan

I have modified the later cups by sawing 2 slits opposite sides & squeezing back together.
Weld with a wire welder. Make a tight hammer on fit.

There you go, 3 good options.

Here's what I have - these were produced by Bill Rader many years ago - my wife & I bought out the daughter & S.I.L.'s T parts business also many years ago - I have multiple sets available - includes modern inner, outer seals, caps & washers - $25 + the ride.

Thanks for the response!

Dan, if you find any of the early kind of small cap, let me know, I'm interested in them.

Steve, thanks for the offer of Bill Rader's caps. I'd like to stick with the original design caps for this car.

No luck yet, and thanks for everyone who looked for early axle caps. Still looking! Used condition is fine.
