FS set of 5 brass hubcaps

Set of five brass reproduction hubcaps. These are in nice condition, heavier than the originals. $75.00 plus postage. kdmks AT att.net.

Those thicker than original hubcaps can be life savers. On a descent from a lookout, one of our club members had the flange break off on a rear hub, resulting in the spokes, inner flange and outer flange plate all migrating off the hub, and of course , no brakes. The thicker hubcap kept the outer flange plate from departing the hub, and he was able to ride the car to the bottom.

James, you will need to decide on your own if these are what you want, there are many different variations of the script on hub caps. Let me know.

I copied from the MTFCA Encyclopedia to which I added some photos. If there is anything incorrect or some additional information to add let me know I'll correct. Also What to add for Made In Canada
