I don't have mine anymore BUT there was an inverted type for Fords - that one is for other makes.

As RajoRacer mentioned, the inverted one was designed especially for the Ford, in order to put your fingers closer to the controls. It is the harder to find model. The other design was the standard replacement that was sold and was made to fit on a wide variety of cars depending on the mounting hole arrangement. It is the one most often seen.

Actually there are 2 types of Neville steering wheels specifically for Model T.
Here is the other.
