Flip up steering wheel mechanism made by Rocky Mountain Steel Products Inc in Los Angeles, California. Has a 3/4" center hole with one keyway. You use your stock steering wheel to have a flip up wheel. $120 plus shipping. Phone calls preferred. 510-304-9667
