WTB Front Fender Brackets

Post by J1MGOLDEN » Mon Mar 11, 2024 3:54 pm

A friend that does not do Email needs a pair of Ford T front fender brackets and asked me to help him find them. They are:

A Part Number 4852 for the Ford 1915 - 1925 Front Fender Iron Bracket Left Side

A Part Number 4853 for the Ford 1915 - 1925 Front Fender Iron Bracket Right Side

I have quite a few pair - '15 - '16 irons are a bit different at the headlamp post mount - they're "one-sided" as are the correct headlamp. Shipping them might be a bit of a problem - kinda long.

Steve, those parts that attach to the frame are just called irons in my 1928 Ford parts book.

The part I need has two rivets on each side to attach to the fender with them, and they are called brackets.

They will fit in a box about 6 X 6 X 4 inches.

Most dealers have the rivets, but not the part.

Jim,

Are these the brackets you need ? They’re pretty solid.

George looks to have two front brackets for the same side, and a rear bracket.

Allen, you are correct, they are all right side brackets for some reason.

Actually, my friend needs the left side the most, if he can only get one.

George, he found the right side and now only needs the left side.

This is the one he has now.
