I bought this a year ago for $200. According to the serial number, it is a 1920. Motor spins freely, the transmission looks good they the access cover and it has a Ruckstell.
They are out there, maybe far and few in between, I might have gotten very lucky. He was happy to be rid of it though.

Re: WTB - a $500 chassis. Where is it?
Thanks to most all of you. I'm looking locally (the duty bringing a US car here is crazy!) so yeah. Actually, I suspected finding the car was a long shot, and yeah, I got hot under the collar about it, but apologies to the group. It's over.
And thanks, Karl... but yeah, shipping a car (or even a chassis) here is crazy silly expensive - The just upped the import duties last year... they, the government has to balance their budgets on someone's back, right??
(nope, it's not just there, it;s here, too!)
BTW - the "medication" comments? You guys are funny... at least upstairs.
Speaking of meds... maybe you should lay off the blue pills, and those "muscle building shots", eh?
Back to the subject... 3 years ago there were cars for sale here, and pretty reasonable. Figured I could make it happen here. Easy peasy, right? Then it dried up. Maybe it's just bad timing, eventually it will come around. Not a big deal. God knows, I have enough other projects to take up my money, er, um, time...
