FS Rare Accessory Cuckoo Whistle Horn (SOLD)

Here is an original very rare early Do-Ray Cuckoo Horn. It was made by the Do-Ray Lamp Company, which is interesting because they were known for safety lights and reflectors, but they also dabbled in automobile accessories. This model is has a fixed mounting bracket. It was designed to mount to the outside of the dash or under the floorboard, with a chain that extended into the drivers compartment or inside of dash. When the chain was pulled, it emitted a loud “CUCKOO! “ sound just like a cuckoo clock. It is in excellent condition, with polished brass flutes and nice satin black paint. Works great when pulled. Very rare and hard to find, perfect to tickle the ladies at the next meet or to tell other drivers what you think of them. 400.00 shipped US.
