WTB a scrap of Grey wool w/ red stripe upholstery fabric
I have a section of fabric in my otherwise restored car that a moth has really gone to town on. I have searched for fabric by the yard and it looks like it would be $89 per yard. I could probably make due with a foot square to make a suitable patch so I wanted to ask if anyone might have anything laying around. Also, does anyone have any good solutions for moths? I have been keeping two packages of mothballs in the car whenever it isn't being used but it is pretty overpowering until it has aired out for a bit. I drive the car several times a week so it isn't a great situation but it works.

Did you talk to Mike at Classtique in Minnesota? I don't know if his scraps are that big, but you never know until you ask. He is very helpful.

Thanks for the recommendation. I haven't called Classique, just checked out their website. I will give him a ring on Monday.

Better make that Tuesday. Monday is Labor Day.

A pest strip will do a number on moths in an enclosed space, without the obvious smell. Just take it out before you travel. They don't have the same volatiles as mothballs.
