Works by pulling lever down, which allows steering wheel to flip up out of the way. Great condition, nice paint with some minor pitting, solid with no damage or repairs. This accessory wheel was designed to fit the Model T Ford. Here is a spare steering shaft installed to demonstrate the fit. It weighs @ 4 lbs.
