Is this a reproduction of a genuine Ford part?

I highly doubt that Ford ever made such a part. As far as I know, all monocle windshields for use on Fords were after-market items.
While they were made and sold during the 1910s, monocle windshields were rarely used on Ford speedsters or racing cars in the era. There are probably more of them on the road today with reproduction monocle windshields than were actually on the road in the 1910s.

That said, they are popular with a lot of people, and even reproductions are somewhat desirable.
