WTB low radiator
Looking for a low radiator for a 1919 with a 17" tall core. Needing recore or repair is ok. I could just use the upper tank. Thanks, Art

Re: WTB low radiator
Art,
I have this radiator that measures 17" core. I know the bottom outlet is bad and I don't know what condition the core is in. If you only want the top tank, I can cut the radiator in half and ship only the top to save on shipping or I am willing to ship the whole radiator. Make me an offer for the radiator.

Re: WTB low radiator
Perry, your radiator has a pressed brass outlet just like our Canadian tall radiators. All the low radiators I have seen have pressed steel top outlets and they are much shallower than the one shown. Might there be some confusion in the measurements being made?

Allen,
Thanks for the heads up. I will double check with Art before he makes any decisions about this radiator.
The measurement was taken with the tape under the bottom of the top tank to the top of the bottom tank so the 17 inches should be just the core.

The price of a recore in my area is too high to justify, nine hundred dollars, I am going to buy a new one. Please disregard this want to buy ad. Thanks to Denny and Alan for trying to help. Art
