Stevens Speed Up T-286 Valve Lifter Tool. Stevens called it a valve lifter, but technically I’d consider it more of a valve spring compressor. Works great. Like all Stevens tools, it’s very well made and engineered. Great addition to your tool collection. These don’t come up for sale to often.
