Manny, do you mean rims on which the tyres are fitted, or the felloes into which the spokes are laced?

Hayes wire wheels with the rolled out outer edge on the felloe that I have had have all been 21" wheels, that take split rims, not clinchers.
You might measure what you have to be clear.
If anyone has a small brake drum off a Hayes wheel. I could use one.
