Rim Nuts
WTB: Rim nuts that will fit Blockley valve stems. Their valves are much larger than a standard Model T. Is rim nut the correct term? I have lots of the correct nuts for T's, the 777's and 888's. I know Ford didn't use the 888 but I use them because they work and reduce the weight slightly.

Re: Rim Nuts
Have you tried BSA motorcycle nuts??? They come in 1/2 x 26 TPI which would be 12.7mm in a place where the normal high range for a true 12mm standard thread could be 12.4 mm. Might just go? A few thou of wiggle but on clamping to the rim that should disappear like a backlash?
I once wound up with some metal stems that had some modern metric and my older brass rim nuts wouldn't fit/thread. I machined them down from each end to a single thread...worked fine and got by, but this BSA thing sounds more promising perhaps?

How Many do you need, larry. I have ample supplies of the plain ones with no collar to take a dust cover. Apparently do tariff is applicable if they are posted as a gift. $2 each plus postage.
