'27 frame, motor, loose parts

I'm going to be shifting some things around in the shop, so if i can re-home this soon...
Otherwise, everything gets buried until i'm bored.
No title. I wanted to build a "pig 'n ford" type racer.
Super nice frame. Clean, painted, lovely. (I drilled out the rivets, and removed the running board supports, but they are here.)
Numbers are present.
'27 motor/trans. Stuck, but i haven't investigated. I pulled the head, and there's no obvious bore damage. I'm totally new to T's, so maybe you know where to look.
Also includes rad, steering column, small-drum rear axle with wood spoke hubs, front axle, early spindles, front wishbone, firewall from unknown year (nice), a couple wooden wheels, rear spring, oval tank, and a steering wheel.
Possibly something else that i've forgotten...

I can't tell you how badly i'd like to see this together, but it is taking up a bunch of space.
Near Pittsburgh PA, $500 for everything.
