Everything in the first picture. Block with heavy valve doors, and timing gear cover; fan w/brass hub; seven rivet teacup pan; hogshead with pedals and Ford script inspection cover; complete transmission assembly. The block, going by the serial #97901 was assembled in March of '12. The casting date is not really legible. There are no cracks in the water jackets, but there is a chip in the pan mating flange on the left side that does not affect the mating surface. The cylinder bores have slight rust but no pitting and should clean up nicely. Several of the head bolt holes will need repairing and there is one bolt broken off at the block's surface. There is also some pitting on the block's deck in the combustion chamber area around the valves. There is no pitting on the head gasket surface. The hogshead is excellent with no cracks. It has the correct Ford script inspection cover. The pedals have a fair amount of wear to them. The pan is the correct seven rivet, teacup pan with tapered pan arms. It does have a crack in both of the block/hogshead corners that would be easily repaired. Also, three of the nose piece rivets have been replaced with flat head bolts and square nuts. The pan is solid with only surface rust. The fan blades are a bit banged up and will need to be flattened/straitened but don't have any cracks. The transmission is a complete assembly with flywheel and magnets. The drums have only slight surface rust and no pitting at all. The brake drum does have a little scoring from the band rivets. There is minimal wiggle in the triple gears or drums on their respective shafts.
At this point I wish to sell everything as a package. I've picked a couple of brains and think that $2,500 is a very reasonable price. I'll post more pics below and can certainly take more for anyone interested. The parts and are located in Prescott, AZ.
