Debbie, those are really nice items. I am unfamiliar with US prices and will not comment. However, I would advise that you contact someone known to you or your husband in whom you can place trust to give you an idea of their value. Failing that, at least advise those who make offers that you intend to post that offer on this forum before committing to a sale. That way the bargain hunters may be more willing to make their offers more realistic.

The carburetor you show is a Holley H1, used in 1912. It appears to have had had little use, and has the often missing connection for the fuel line. It is worth hundreds of dollars.

With the Holley carb it looks like it does have the fuel inlet pipe. It does look to be in very good shape, if it has/ hasn’t been rebuilt that would effect cost. Russ Potter is the expert on the carbs. You can contact him here

Both Moto-Meter/caps are modern reproductions so would be about what current ones sell for or less.
The lid is missing on the Master Vibrator so ball park might be between 60-100. While it looks good, question is does it work?
The Moto-Meters might be an easy sell, finding someone that needs the Master Vibrator or Handy Gov. might be a little harder.
The only Handy Governor I found was on ebay with a cracked cover sold for $29.
The 1912 Holley, not as rare as one might think. There have been a number of them sold here in the past couple of years. My guesstamate would be in the $300-350 range, but could be less/more.
These are not offers, just suggestions which are subject to change. Remember rare/old does not necessary = high $'s.
I second the suggestion on the carb to contact Russ.
