If anyone has a non-warped exhaust manifold with good threads for the pipe flange/nut, please get in touch with me.
My threads are not the best...

Ben - " a non-warped exhaust manifold with good threads for the pipe flange/nut" is quite difficult to locate. I'd suggest purchasing a new one - they're a decent repro but check the ports seats closely for enough surface for the ring to seal - seems there has been some quality control imperfections on machining the port lands. Use the steel gland & copper ring type gaskets.

thanks for the tip on this. I have been thinking about purchasing one online through parts dealers.

Im in about the same boat you are on our 25 touring. The existing manifold is warped and the ports are pitted. I got a new manifold for my 22 touring last year and it works great. I'm going to buy another for the 25 and hopefully that will solve my exhaust leaks. Maybe later I can straighten it.

For the cost of acetylene, you'd be money & time ahead to just buy a new one !
