Would this horn be appropriate for my 23 coupe?

It is from the era, but not a stock Model T horn.

As long as your T is 6v and is wired for a battery horn, it would probably work just fine.

Only you can decide what is "appropriate" for your car.

Most Klaxon horns were motor driven. Ford T horns were vibrator.

That one is the Model 20, made in versions for big cars, cycles and boats.

The best length of the projector and horn body that helps to fit under the hood, is found on the small Klaxon 6, that is the Ford T size.
