1926 Model T sediment bowl
Quick question, on the 26 sediment bowl the valve should face down to get the flow of fuel. There is a little hole inside on the shaft and that should face down correct.

Valve handle pointing down is on. Pull the valve handle up 1/4 turn is off. Also, there is a strainer screen inside the potato. DO NOT put a paper filter in the sediment bowl. bobt

The valve handle should point down, however, it is possible to install the handle 180 degrees and have the handle point up when on. So if you get no fuel with the handle pointing down, try pointing up. If neither will allow fuel to flow, you have a blockage elsewhere in the fuel system.
