The girl in the second pic looks like she coulda been a handful for that guy, and the hood in the third pic looks kinda weird for a T, and so does the radiator cowl.

Here is another scene from Endicott, Washington. Same group of cars. They look like 1910 and some still have the agency tag attached.

 Yup. That gal in the bloomers looks like trouble for sure. I hope she wasn't!

Third pic, flat-top rear fender, front fender with a bill, a 1915 or 16 touring with one of those snazzy "update your old Ford" radiator shell and hood kits ! Fun to see.

Don't think that is a girl in the 2ed photo. Young man in knickers and funky hat.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

I was through Endicott this summer in the TT. For such a tiny town,
I am struggling to figure out where those pix were taken !

Not terribly far from Endicott:

Concerning the position of the 1911 Model T's at Endicott, WA:

My best guess is that the photo was taken on 3rd Street, facing North-East away from the late afternoon sun, in between D and C Streets.
Here is the surviving building on the West side of 3rd Street. The building in the background looks like it could have been a school but the school is now just the Endicott Elementary school on E Street to the North-West. The USGS 1950 topographical map shows that the school moved by then.

Endicott, WA probable location marked by tiny green dot.
The railroad is two blocks behind the photographer.

Yeah, ... I can see that the photos are right at the base of the hill.
That doesn't leave much room. It appears Endicott was another of
those towns that just feels the need to allow nothing to just remain
in place, unmolested. Update, teardown, or change, just for the sake
of changing it !

Just speculating David, but I think he is saying "time for pictures" in a poetic way. Silly, me, I sort of appreciate such frivolity!
