A Painting Question

Post by BLB27 » Thu Mar 03, 2022 2:04 pm

Should I paint the groove in the windshield frame into which the glass setting tape is placed? I intend to paint it, but thought I would ask. Would I use just the prime coat or both it and the gloss finish coat?

Paint it. The window channel areas on Ts I've worked on tend to hold water, then they rust. Paint will seal it a little better.
