Just be curiosity, what is the purpose of a Master Vibrator Model T? Is it going in any specific Model T ?

My limited understanding is it eliminates the need to adjust the points on all four coils which have their points shorted out by a jumper and rely on the electrical pulse from the master vibrator to activate each of the four coils through the timer. It takes the work out of getting all four coils adjusted properly. However it is a one size fits all type of operation where the four individual coils all use the same set of points in the master vibrator to make them operate. The Master vibrator eliminates the ability to compensate for differences in each coil by fine tuning the point settings of each individual coil. The old timers! Here on the forum, No pun intended, can explain it much better than I have attempted to do which may not be completly accurate.
