Until I looked closer
My brother said all of the snow birds refer to this weed as Florida Snow!

Re: Florida snow
We also have the invasive Brazilian Pepper, which can grow to tree size. It has hundreds, perhaps thousands of red berries. It is often referred to as Florida Holly.
It actually does snow (rarely) in the Northers parts of Florida. The snow is very light, and doesn't accumulate much. Here in Collier County which is in the Southwest of Florida, we have never had measurable snow.

The last time we had real snow in Jacksonville Fl was December 1989. it stayed on the ground for 3 days and brought the city to a complete standstill including the 3 navy bases we had at that time.

Snow? In Panama City Beach? Seriously? We never get snow! 3.5" worth at midnight. Heck, we've even been the focal point of the Weather Channel this morning! LOL
