Might have been a static camper, the radiator is missing its cap, plus no vent for engine hood, or engine.
Chassis is missing emergency brake rods, with that hand brake being important for safe stopping!
And the front window would prevent a good view of the road, although you could raise the sash and then vent the engine.
But sure would be hot inside if that Ford motor was pulling all that home down the highway

I love these "make do with what you got" kind of vehicles , and look at the side windows with the arches, almost like a mobile church or something, at least he has a clean shirt ready for sunday morning service

When in trouble, do not fear, blame the second engineer !

It took me a couple of looks to notice that at the bottom there was a description.
Was the frame lengthened?
I also noticed that the front wheels are not Model T but a little later. Did you see that there are three sets of running board brackets on the frame? Was the frame lengthened?
