I would like to make a black top boot for my Model A roadster. Is there a pattern on line I can use?

Ask on Fordbarn.com in the Model A section. There are a lot of people on that forum so someone might know.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

The die hard Model A boys have that stuff nailed. Just do some research to find out. Mike Francis at Classtique may have a pattern for you.
