1925 To 1926 Model year crossover question.
Is it possible that during the change over to the improved 1926 T that any of the late 1925 Cars could have been built with the new 1926 Engine? I know most of the parts are very different from the frame up but is it possible that the new block was being produced before the end of the 1925 model yea...

Everything is new. Dismantled the car and started over. I had the dash apart to look for a gas leak (26 car) and probably caused the loose headlight and amp wire to be loose. I did find a loose wire on the back of the head light switch. Maybe that contributed to the problem. I put in a new bulb and it instantly burned out. Burned bulb number 3. Checked the voltage at the lamp socket. 8 volts.

Seeing a more clear drawing really helped. The lower thimble didn’t fit the hole drilled in the radiator flange . I had to ream it out. When I got the roadster the hood didn’t fit right . It was sitting up to high. Now I see why. Now everything lines up. Thanks.

I purchased a 1926 nickel radiator shell that was wrapped in rags and then wrapped in duct tape in 1979. The tape caused a stain on the finish that doesn’t wipe off. What product would be safe to polish it out? The staining is just dull areas.
