Early Clutch Arm Bolts

In the photo below, the clutch arms are retained on the shaft by bolts - not riveted.
This is in an aluminum hogshead without the reinforcing ribs (early).
What year hogshead would this be?

About june 1911- 1912/13 ish which would fit with non reinforced hogs head. Don't forget the shaft and arms are keyed.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:
