Period Split Wishbone Setup

Looking for photos or information on Model T split wishbone setups from the 1920s or 1930s. I am particularly interested in how the wishbone rod mounted to the frame. I don't really want to use a modern ball joint style mount as it won't look correct.

Using Model A Tie Rod ends is another method. Not 100% era correct, but much better than using heim joints or modern tie rod ends.

These are Ford 8N parts. Might be helpful if your'e scratch building your radius rods and they do have the "vintage look". Readily available on Ebay. Enjoy

Since your cars already have the tried and true under-axle wishbone I'm only curious as to why you want such a
set up? Man that is one wicked looking contraption for sure! I reckon it would be great, if not necessary, should your
roads be filled with lots of potholes and rough as a washboard.

Tim- my lowered front end set up requires splitting the wishbone.
