accessory switch and amp meter

Has anybody seen an accessory amp meter and switch like this that mounted onthe steering colum?g

It would be interesting to see what's inside the box. The two side pull/push knobs on the right suggest a turn signal setup & the the push button on the left may be for a horn. Using both turn signals & its an emergency flasher :roll:

The 2 switches on the right could be for high/low beams.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:
