May have been some changes along the way. Also might have some real similar to Fords design.

Mine has the fluted areas around the large part of handle but its faint.
I believe it to be a model T screwdriver.

The square shaft also through handle.

The flutes do get very faint over time/use. There should be eight of them rather than six. Yours looks the real deal to me.
