Specify for 3 or 4 dip. They are different.

Re: wtb oil pan ear
Once the flange was added to the outer edge of the pan I believe the pan ears were dimensionally the same. I believe the only difference was the later arms were cut square on the bottom. This squared off design came well before the introduction of the 4 dip pan on our Canadian cars.

Re: wtb oil pan ear
I have 4 of #1 ($35each) and one of #2 ($50) plus shipping for any choice
The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

Re: wtb oil pan ear
Hi Robert,
Are you looking for a NOS pan ear or a used one? Have you ever removed one before? I took one off of a pan & replaced it with one taken off another pan. Told myself never again! But that was when I had two pans with each with a broken off ear so didn’t have much choice. Someone was making a repair part that welded into a cracked or broken ear to make it strong enough to prevent it from breaking again.
I use the no side bolt & spring on top as in Tinkerin Tips volume II & have had good luck with that method in both the firetruck ( very heavy) & the speedster ( driven like I stole it)
I don’t know anyone that has used the repair ears long term but I keep a set on hand.
Craig.
